Sterling Investment Partners' Portfolio Company Service Logic Acquires Commercial Mechanical Systems

Sterling Investment Partners ("Sterling"), a private equity firm that has been investing in and building middle-market companies for over 23 years, announces that its portfolio company, Service Logic, acquired Commercial Mechanical Systems (“CMS”).  CMS provides heating, ventilation and air conditioning, and mechanical and controls services to universities, medical centers and commercial and industrial facilities located in the Raleigh, North Carolina market.
