ACG Houston's Fifth Annual Deal of the Year Awards Ceremony took place on April 19, 2022. The event celebrates Houston's robust middle-market deal community, honoring the deals and dealmakers who drive middle-market growth and their success in generating job growth, capital formation, and the advancement of meaningful business relationships. Over 30 finalists were ranked by an independent panel of esteemed judges and top business leaders.
Camp Construction Services is a leading provider of restoration, renovation, and maintenance services to multi-family communities. The Company completes thousands of jobs each year for over 1,200 multi-family customers across over 26 states.
After receiving an unsolicited offer from a strategic party, Camp engaged Crutchfield Capital to explore options with other potential buyers. Ultimately, Camp chose to partner with Sterling, a middle-market private equity group, due to the firm’s demonstrated track record of scaling businesses and investing in multi-family opportunities. Completed in November 2021, Sterling’s investment in Camp will further the Company’s ability to provide high-quality services to clients throughout the United States.
