Deal Background
Camp Construction Services is a leading provider of restoration, renovation, and maintenance services to multi-family communities. The Company completes thousands of jobs each year for over 1,200 multi-family customers across over 26 states.

After receiving an unsolicited offer from a strategic party, Camp engaged Crutchfield Capital to explore options with other potential buyers.
