Washington Inventory Service, with over 15,000 full and part-time employees, is one of the leading U.S. providers of inventory counting and other information gathering services to major retailers and other companies. Sterling worked closely with management to acquire the Company in a divestiture from its former parent Huffy Corporation. In April 2005, Sterling sold the Company to Western Inventory Service.
